Privacy Notice

This notice covers the data BuyFirstmailAccounts handles to sell and support Firstmail mailboxes and the accounts delivered with them.

What you tell us

The email address you check out with, and the text and screenshots you send in tickets. We never need the login of any mailbox or account you already own, and we do not ask for it.

What your order produces

The listing, quantity and amount, the payment provider's confirmation, and the lines we deliver: addresses, passwords and, where a listing includes them, account logins, tokens, keys or cookies. Card and wallet details stay with the payment provider.

What our servers log

The IP address, browser and time of each request. We use these logs to keep the shop online and to trace fraud or abuse.

How it is used

Delivering orders, handling tickets and warranty claims, blocking fraudulent payments, and keeping the records tax and accounting rules require.

Who else receives it

Only the companies that process payments, host the shop and send its email, each limited to what its task needs. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Cookies

Cookies here keep you signed in, hold your cart and protect checkout. None are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it, and your requests

Delivered lines are kept while a warranty claim on the order is still possible; order and payment records as long as the law requires; server logs briefly. To see, correct or delete your data, write to support@buyfirstmailaccounts.com from the address you ordered with, or use the Contact page.
